When you request an estimate, call, text or browse this website, Prime House Flooring uses that information to respond to your flooring project — not to sell your data. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it and how to ask us to update or delete it.
Last updated: August 23, 2026.
Prime House Flooring (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a flooring contractor based in Greenwich, Connecticut. We serve residential and commercial properties across the New York Tri-State Area, including Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit primehouseflooring.com, submit a request on this website, call or text (914) 535-9704, email info@primehouseflooring.com, or work with us on a flooring project.
This policy applies to our public website, estimate forms, phone and text conversations, email, job-site visits, project photos, reviews and related business operations. It does not cover websites, ads or tools that we do not control. By using this website or sending us a request, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit personal information through the site.
Prime House Flooring provides hardwood floor installation, hardwood floor refinishing, hardwood floor repair and infill, tile installation, vinyl installation and laminate installation. Our office is at 89 Pemberwick Road, 2nd Floor, Greenwich, CT 06831. Our service hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We aim to respond to estimate requests within one business day.
Questions about this policy should go to info@primehouseflooring.com or (914) 535-9704. Please write “Privacy Request” in the subject line of an email so we can route it quickly.
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. We do not need an account to browse the site. We do collect information when you ask for an estimate or hire us.
Our estimate form asks for first name, last name, phone or mobile number (including country code), email address, city or property location, the service you need, how you heard about us, property type (residential, commercial, or rental / multi-unit) and a brief description of the project. You may also send photos, measurements, access notes, preferred dates or other project details by email, text or during a site visit.
If you call or text us, we receive the phone number you use and the content of the conversation. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. If you leave a review or comment on the blog, we receive the name, content and any contact details you choose to publish.
When you visit the website, our servers and service providers may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, dates and times of visits, approximate location derived from IP address, and similar diagnostic data. This helps us keep the site working, understand which city and service pages are useful, and protect the form against spam.
If we visit your property, we may collect access instructions, surface measurements, existing floor conditions, product selections, scheduling details, billing information you provide for the project, and photos of the work area. We use that information to prepare estimates, perform the work and, with your permission, show completed projects in our gallery or reviews.
We collect information directly from you through the Request an Estimate form, the contact page, phone, text and email. We also collect information automatically through cookies, pixels and similar technologies as described below. Google reCAPTCHA may run on the form to reduce automated spam; Google’s own privacy terms apply to that tool.
We may receive limited information from advertising or analytics partners when you arrive from a search ad, a map listing or a referral. That typically includes the campaign or keyword that brought you to the site, not your full contact record, unless you then fill out the form.
We use personal information to:
We do not use the estimate form to run unrelated marketing lists. If we ever send a newsletter or promotional message, we will do so only where you have a reasonable expectation of hearing from us about flooring services, and you can ask us to stop.
The fastest way to reach us is often a call or text to (914) 535-9704. If you provide a mobile number on the form or text us first, you agree that we may contact you at that number about your inquiry and your project. Message frequency depends on your job. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of promotional texts by telling us to stop. Transactional messages about a scheduled visit or an active job may still be necessary to complete the work you asked us to do.
We do not sell phone numbers. We do not send texts to random numbers harvested from the website. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of buying flooring services, but we do need a way to reach you if you want an on-site estimate.
This website may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to remember your session, keep pages loading quickly, count visits and understand which service or city pages people use. Our hosting and cache tools may set technical cookies that are needed for the site to function.
We may also use analytics and advertising tools, including services from Google, to see how visitors find the site and to measure estimate-form conversions. Those tools can collect device and browsing data and may use it to show relevant ads on other sites. You can control many cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect form submission or page performance.
Google Maps embeds appear on location pages so you can see the area we serve. Loading a map may allow Google to collect data according to Google’s privacy policy. If you do not want that, do not interact with the map.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We may share information with:
Anyone who receives information to help us operate is expected to use it only for that purpose.
Estimate requests are kept long enough to respond, follow up and, if you hire us, complete the job and honor any warranty or record-keeping need. Inactive inquiries are removed or archived when they are no longer useful for those purposes. Job files, invoices and photos tied to completed work may be kept longer because they document what was installed in a home or commercial space. Website logs are typically retained for a shorter diagnostic period. We may keep information longer if the law requires it or if there is an open dispute.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate for a local contracting business: limited staff access, password-protected systems, HTTPS on the website and reputable hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, unencrypted payment card data or other highly sensitive records through the estimate form.
You can ask us to confirm whether we have your information, correct inaccurate details, delete information we no longer need, or stop using your contact details for follow-up marketing. Send the request to info@primehouseflooring.com or call (914) 535-9704. We may need to verify that the request comes from you before we change or delete a record.
Because we are based in Connecticut and serve Connecticut, New York and New Jersey, we honor applicable U.S. state privacy and data-security rules that apply to a local service business of our size. If a law gives you additional rights — for example, the right to appeal a denial or to receive a portable copy of information you provided — tell us which right you want to exercise and we will respond as required.
You can also:
We will not deny flooring services, charge a different price or provide a different quality of service solely because you exercised a privacy right, except where the information is required to provide the estimate or complete the job.
This website is for property owners, managers and other adults who need flooring work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information through the form, contact us and we will delete it.
Before-and-after photos help homeowners understand the work. We ask permission before publishing identifiable photos of a private interior in our gallery, reviews or social posts. Street-facing or non-identifying job photos may be used to document craftsmanship. If you want a project photo removed, email us with the page or post and we will take it down from properties we control.
Location pages, reviews and the blog may link to Google, social networks or other sites. Those sites have their own privacy practices. This policy does not cover them.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, tools or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means the new policy applies to information collected after that date. For material changes that affect information we already hold, we will post the update on this page.
